Introduction
With the rapid development and
growth of the organization there should be a mechanism to asses growth
and progress of the employees in their work and job roles in a timely manner to
achieve following goals.

What is performance evaluation?
An
assessment process that tracks an employee’s work progress throughout the
employment period. It assess whether employees meet the expected standard.
The performance evaluation is a review based upon an individuals job performance and assign duties. There supervisor must identify employees skills and accomplishments during a specific time period understand whether the employee act as per expectations exceeded them or failed to meet desired result.

Conclusion
Performance
evaluation act vital role, So employee and supervisor must identify and discuss
areas where performance can be improved. This is an important opportunity for
employee and manager to fulfill their expectations.
Performance evaluation system use to motivate staff to do their best for them selves and practice by promoting staff recognition and improving communication. Evaluations should be conducted fairly, consistently and objectively to protect employees and practice.
